I have been working in QA for over 7 years, during which time I’ve gone from being a junior engineer with no experience to a QA Tech Lead, and eventually to a QA Team Lead. Over these exciting years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of web, mobile, and desktop projects, covering a wide range of technologies. Being part of teams that developed fitness and nutrition platforms, mental care and healthcare solutions, volunteering tools, document verification systems, and other AI-powered products, I can confidently say that each of them required unique approaches to testing strategies and process setup. This gained experience helps me with every new project I work on, allowing me to quickly understand clients’ needs, adapt testing strategies to their specific challenges, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions for MobiDev’s clients.

Over time, with a substantial amount of knowledge and experience under my belt, I decided it was time to share my expertise with others. This decision marked the beginning of my journey into leadership. It also inspired me to write articles where I gladly share insights about approaches, victories, setbacks, and how I overcame them during my dedicated work on projects.

Why did I choose QA as my path? Because bugs have always followed me in life and continue to do so, even outside of work. My drive for perfection doesn’t let me turn a blind eye to them.

Outside of my professional life, I nurture my creative nature by attending various creative workshops. I also stay active with sports, singing, painting, organizing small events, and bringing like-minded people together. My professional skills in building strategies and processes for testing also come in handy in these areas.
