Business Analyst

The MobiDev Team is looking for a Business Analyst who will help bridge business goals and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of custom software products. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and project managers to identify business needs, define requirements, and transform ideas into valuable software solutions. We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, improving processes, and contributing to the development of innovative products.

Main Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Experience with business analysis techniques and artifacts, including user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience establishing and improving requirements management processes
• Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, and basic programming concepts
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools
• Experience in product analysis
• Experience with ERP or HRMS systems

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and specifications
• Collaborate with development, design, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support backlog management, requirements prioritization, and scope definition
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions
