The Wings of Partnership

I’ve had my share of nasty business because of vendors and, at certain point, I decided to stick with consultancy only. It took the MobiDev team a pretty huge effort to shift me back, and I’m extremely grateful. It turned out I missed so much the feeling of having a team with me and delivering the working product to a client.

It's a true partnership. With MobiDev, I don’t feel the need to hide my vendors, worry about quality, or question customer satisfaction. Normally, I like to be in control of everything, but with MobiDev, I don’t have to. They handle it all seamlessly, allowing me to focus on growing the business, confident that they have my back.

Impact First. It’s one of the pillars of my work during the last 20 years. Deliver as big an impact as possible for the end client every day. There’s a business client and their team and, in many cases, an agency, and then, finally there’s our team. The number of issues we have to solve to achieve that impact increases by 80% with every level of added ... communication. In addition, 80% of those 80% repeat every once in a while, making it pretty hard to move forward. So, I see my mission here as being devoted to reducing the number of communication levels to a minimum. This always works the best so that a production team can really show its greatness. And this is what this program is about.

I love partnerships because they are fair. We set the rules together and just follow them. We have common information channels and the same perspective so we see the same things - there's no reason to argue and waste resources on such matters. Most importantly, when we say partnership, we envision something good and definitely long-term. What's not to love about ... that?
