THE STORY BEHIND
In recent years, businesses have been increasingly focused on tackling the pressing issue of burnout and lowering stress levels among employees. To support SMBs and enterprises in enhancing their team members’ mental health, the Irish company PepTalk launched its specialized platform in 2017. Rooted in behavioral psychology, the platform combines real-time data insights with targeted intervention “action packs”, fostering an optimal environment for project teams to excel.
The MobiDev team was engaged to develop the PepTalk platform from scratch.
INDUSTRY CHALLENGES
According to surveys, an increasing number of employees worldwide are experiencing stress, rising from 31% in the 2000s to 43% in 2020. Burnout, high levels of stress, and a lack of balance between work and personal life can lead to decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and higher turnover rates, which in turn can be costly and disruptive for businesses. Thus, companies seek solutions to support employees in preventing burnout and reducing stress. Peptalk is a platform that addresses these challenges by relying on behavioral psychology practices.
