Project Manager

We invite a Project Manager to join our team to lead a new subproject and contribute to the evolution of an innovative POS ecosystem in the Hospitality domain for the US market. This large-scale solution has been evolving for over 10 years and continues to expand with multiple initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a new direction within the product, setting up effective processes, and collaborating with a strong team to ensure successful delivery.

Main requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a IT Project Manager
• Readiness for business trips, including to the US
• Experience working in a dynamic environment
• Experience managing growing teams / solutions / fast-growing startups
• Ability to set up project frameworks and maintain & adjust them based on business needs
• Flexibility and the ability to quickly embrace changes and adjust your work / teams accordingly
• Proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills (including assertiveness and boundary setting)
• Strong negotiation skills with the goal of achieving a win-win solution
• Basic PM hard skills (scope-cost-timeline management, risk management, change management, people management, etc., in Agile frameworks)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience managing enterprise projects/cross-dependent teams of 10+ teammates
• Strategic planning skills
• Ability to identify gaps and proactively suggest/implement solutions to close them
• Experience in Hospitality, e-commerce, POS solutions is a plus
