Sales Development Representative

Main requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in the IT services industry (software development, design, DevOps)
- Strong understanding of leading programming languages and frameworks
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English with excellent communication skills
- Experience in prospecting tactics, automation tools, and lead research
- Ability to set up and manage email infrastructure (deliverability, inboxes, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
- Willingness to communicate through various channels, including emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, video calls, and audio messages
- Knowledge of hypothesis-driven approaches and techniques for prospect enrichment
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot) to track activities and sales stages
- Familiarity with Clay for prospect enrichment and scoring
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads according to the ICP
- Set up high-quality appointments with potential clients for the sales team
- Launch and manage multichannel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Research and analyze buying signals to execute trigger-based outreach
- Utilize online tools and databases to improve conversion rates
- Work with CRM to track and manage leads efficiently
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis
