Middle/Senior Sales Manager

Main requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT services industry (mobile app development, custom software development, or related fields)
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of account research, qualification, and outbound lead generation techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level decision-makers
- Familiarity with sales funnels and experience managing a pipeline
- Ability to adapt sales approaches for different client sizes, such as startups, SMBs, and enterprises
Will be a plus:
- Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or SPICED
- Experience working with global clients across diverse industries (e.g., retail, fintech, healthcare)
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI or IoT) and their business applications
- Building a personal brand on Linkedin
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals with new clients in target industries
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing stages
- Conduct account research and segmentation, identifying high-potential opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
