Inbound Marketing Lead

As an integral member of our marketing team, the Inbound Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in customer acquisition, focusing on scaling our inbound marketing strategies.
Main requirements:
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience
- Minimum of 3+ years in inbound and content marketing, with a focus on B2B services
- Experience working in a software development company for at least 1 year promoting to the US market
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, webinars, and podcasts
- Proven track record of success (success stories that lead to significant growth of high-quality leads coming from inbound marketing efforts)
- Strong proficiency in reporting and analytics, using data to optimize content performance and drive results
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
- Strong strategic planning skills to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing and content strategy
- High level of English language proficiency
Additional assets:
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot for campaign management and analytics
- HubSpot Marketing Certification (Inbound marketing)
- PR & Communications background
The main tasks that await you:
- Driving high-quality MQL’s and nurturing them to SQL’s to feed sales pipeline
- Development and implementation of Inbound & Content Marketing Strategy
- Managing a remote team and cooperation with an external marketing agency that possess the expertise our internal team doesn’t, syncing the activities with them to implement the marketing strategy
- Managing the implementation of a marketing strategy which includes almost all known channels
- Tracking and managing the efficiency of the team work by monitoring the available metrics and KPIs and introducing the ones that you lack
