Senior AI Engineer (Tech Lead)

Required skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI development (CV, NLP, DS)
• Practical skills with Python
• Experience with TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
• Experience with technologies for efficient neural network training (various optimizers, regularization, transfer learning, etc)
• Experience with NLP / ML tasks (f.e. regression, classification, LLMs, text similarity search, text preprocessing, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality assessment metrics
• Experience with Docker, Git, and relational or NoSQL databases
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate English

Will be a plus:

• Practical experience with 3D Pose Estimation Models
• Hands-on experience in technical leadership and mentoring
• Participation in presales activities
