We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the growth of an innovative POS ecosystem in the Hospitality domain for the US market. This large-scale product has been evolving for over 10 years and continues to expand with multiple initiatives.
Main requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Product Ownership or Product Management experience
- Strong BA hard skills, including change management and UI/UX knowledge
- Strong product vision and ability to generate and communicate ideas proactively
- Balance between active listening to client needs and proposing effective solutions
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence in explaining complex processes or technical details
- Strong negotiation skills, focused on win-win solutions
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience with web or mobile applications; POS or customer-facing apps is a plus
