We developed 3D human pose estimation technology that can detect mistakes while users were performing exercises. PoC not only showed that this application was possible, but also allowed us to create a technical roadmap for the product development with showing all the limitations and opportunities how it should be implemented.

SmartTab is a Point of Sales solution for US bars. We considered the possibility of utilizing Machine Learning to analyze the data and gain valuable predictions on sales volumes. However, it was still unclear what accuracy could be achieved with the existing data, so we started with a PoC to see what results could be reached. Our AI engineers evaluated the data, clarified several hypotheses and built the first predictive models. This new feature was met with excitement and eagerness to use. Along with it, end-users came with requests on what other predictions would help them to improve their businesses.

A US-based company tasked us with the development of an enterprise verification-as-a-service (EVaaS) solution for securing access to sensitive data.
It was important to have a clear technical roadmap, budget and timeline to plan the investments. To provide a feasible plan, we started with a PoC. Our goal was to implement a voice recognition feature. We collected initial data sets of voice entries which allowed us to provide the client with a clear plan for the product development. In this product every new feature was implemented after a Proof of Concept stage.

Background blurring and removal in real-time could be done using different approaches. At the beginning of such projects it’s important to choose the optimal technology roadmap, so we started with a PoC.
Our team began with decomposing the video stream onto frames. Then, we segmented the person, and blurred the background. We had to choose among different models, the one that would allow us to make the algorithm accurate and fast enough to work in real-time.
